Looking to Improve Your Lent?

With Lent only two days away, here's some help.

7 Ways to Make Lent Joyful:

* Start all prayers with praise
* Take time with God in a beautiful place
* Don't carry the world's pain on your own back
* Fast for the sake of richer food - the daily Eucharist
* Take flowers and a smile to a sick person
* Reconcile with an estranged friend
* Compliment someone for making the world better

Thanks for that link. I've been looking for something to give my CCD students as suggestions for things to do for Lent. I'll probably pull some of the more child appropriate ones from this list for them.

I'm glad it helped. What grade level do you teach?
